Support

# Tell me what's working, and what isn't.

Anything at all. I read every note myself.

## Setting it up?

The [setup guide](https://facekickapp.com/setup/) takes about five minutes, and says what to check when no alert comes.

## Using the app?

Send Feedback, in the menu-bar menu, does the same thing and adds the app and macOS versions for you.

## Email

[support@facekickapp.com](mailto:support@facekickapp.com) for anything about the app. Security questions go to [security@facekickapp.com](mailto:security@facekickapp.com).

## Known limits

Here's what Face Kicker doesn't do yet.

- **Microsoft sign-in may need your IT department.** Face Kicker is a verified Microsoft publisher, so if your organisation lets people approve apps themselves, you can sign in on your own. If it doesn't, an admin has to approve it first. The [page for IT admins](https://facekickapp.com/it-admins/) has what they need. If your organisation runs its own Exchange server, Mac Calendar works with no sign-in.
- **Microsoft 365 through the Calendar app is going away.** Microsoft began switching off the connection Apple's Calendar app uses for Microsoft 365 on 1 October 2026, and removes it on 1 April 2027. Sign in with Microsoft instead: Face Kicker's sign-in doesn't use that connection.
- **No direct Google sign-in.** Google calendars work through Mac Calendar.
- **One account per source.** A meeting that arrives through both Microsoft sign-in and Mac Calendar alerts twice.
- **"In a call" is a guess.** The quiet corner panel appears when Teams, Zoom, Webex, Keynote or PowerPoint is the app in front, whether or not a call is live.
- **Mac only, and English only.** macOS 15 or later.
